  • We offer a 30-day 100 % Return & Exchange policy in case of a fault in sizing and colors that occurs during the manufacturing process.
  • If we are provided with the wrong sizing by the buyer, then we are not responsible for an exchange or refund. So it is the buyer's responsibility to order with exact size and measurement.
  • All of our products, like Jackets and Kilts, are Custom-made, and they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable because we manufacture these products on the customer's demand according to their preferences. However, if the kilt or jacket provided to you is not according to your specifications or it gets damaged during shipment, then in this case, we will offer you a refund 0r exchange for whatever you want.
  • The Kilts and Jackets that are worn and damaged are non-refundable.
  • If you want to return or exchange your product, email us at support@scottishkiltco.com.
  • It is necessary to provide the order number and your name in the email; otherwise, a refund will not be given.
  • A shred of short video evidence is required by the customers in which the customer explains the issue, which our team will then examine.
  • Once your request has been processed for the refund policy, you must wait for the next 7-10 days to complete the process.
  • We will pay all your costs for the item and the shipping cost.
  • Buyers must return those items within a 30-day limit.
  • The buyer's responsible for ensuring that the items are in good condition. If not, then we are not responsible for providing you with a refund.
  • In order to interchange an item, first, we are required to receive that item then we dispatch a new item.
  • When items get damaged during shipment, please contact us, and we will resend your item or compensate you with a refund.
