At ScottishKiltCo, in order to dispatch your items to you, we must receive full payment for that particular product and the delivery. Once we receive the payment, you will get a confirmation email that will be sent to your email, and then we will deliver your order in a few working days. We assure you that your personal information is not shared with any third party, so beware. Our kilts and jackets are handmade, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable because they are made according to the customer's details and specifications. However, if any item from us provided is not according to the preferences that you provided to us or is damaged, then in that case, we are responsible for a refund or exchange.

Delivery

  • Once the products have been delivered to you, then we are not responsible for any damage, and they will be held at your own risk.
  • If, in any situation, the shipping company holds your parcel due to the unavailability of the customer's response, then we are not liable for a refund or exchange policy if we get a parcel with damage.
  • Customers can cancel their order at any time before the item has been manufactured.

Quality Assurance

Our main motive is to deliver quality products to our valued customers. All our products, like kilts jackets and others, undergo our quality assurance testing before being shipped to our customers. The quality assurance department ensures that there is not any issue regarding the size or quality of the item.
